Now That's What I'm Talkin' About!!!

Yes, Friday afternoon and lunch at Blocks (tuna on rye - 1 paw), doting passerbys (2 paws), and then a quick stop at the dog park on the way home (1-1/2 paws).  Would have been 2 paws but when a big towering four-legged "Jaws" comes after you, never good!  Humpf!  So I walk away and he/she gets scolded - serves 'em right! Ah man, do I have to get a bath when I get home?!  Ok, not exactly my idea of how to close out the afternoon, but definitely cooled off.


Tidbit for the Day - Make sure to stay cool when a four-legged "Jaws" comes at you, that way you get lots of praise and hugs while "Jaws" gets in big trouble (and in public besides - even more embarrassing!)

Isn't it the Weekend Yet??

Ok, I know it's Thursday night, but geez it's taking a long time for the weekend to get here!  I mean really - there are pet trails to hike, field trips to the pet store and sleeping in late!!!


Tidbit for the Day - Always be prepared for the trip to the pet store.  You never know what great tasting goodies you'll find, as well as new friends.  Me personally, I love barking at the mice, hamsters and those fuzzy pig things.

Just a quick note

seems my assistant is rather tired this evening - worked late last night and then up early for more of the same.  So, other than getting lots of cuddle time this evening, grooming and a nice long walk, it's rest and beauty sleep.


Tidbit for the Day - Never turn down being groomed since lots of hugs and kisses are always part of the deal!

Wishing for Vacation!

My last real travel adventure - Tennessee - here I am visiting the Grand Ole Opry House (or more like the outside of it)

 and also checked out the Gibson store (the cool floor, now that was pretty awesome, the other stuff so-so.)

My favorite though, the cabin in the Smoky Mountains - sitting outside listening to the stream.  Yep life doesn't get much better except for the hikes in the mountains during the day.

So, I'm ready to head out for my next travel adventure...if only I can convince my assistant that it's time!!!

Ah, Sunday!

Nothing like kickin' back, relaxin' and just being lazy!!!!  Not quite sure what the cats see in stretching out on the arm rest, but I'm willing to give it a try.  Ok, so where's the popcorn and dog biscuits? What movie are we watching - Toy Story, Bug's Life?  Hey I know, how about Shaggy Dog? That Tim Allen guy did a pretty good job being a dog, I mean, you know especially for being a human!  ; )


Tidbit for the Day - Always make sure you have all the snacks ready ahead of time - that way you don't have to "paws" the movie.  (Sorry, couldn't resist a little canine humor.)
